Functions of IPR Cell
- To create awareness and guide the faculty, staff and students of GITAMW on the importance of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
- To disseminate knowledge on patents, patent regime in India and abroad and registration aspects.
- To work on enabling and supporting technology/IP transfer and commercialization of granted IPRs.
- To motivate Innovators to come up with new ideas and help them to protect the innovation.
- To enable IP Policy adoption and implementation at the university.
- To conduct Workshops, Seminars and Training courses on IPR.
